Blogging.
So I’ve been doing regular blog posts lately on a private tumblr, but I’m not really putting anything private on there, and I’ve noticed a few more people now using tumblr to actually write about their lives instead of posting just pictures so I’m thinking I might do the same!
I won’t bother talking about what’s happened lately to me, or in my past. I think I’ll just post from now, regularly about things happening to me now and things that are relevant to me. It will be interesting to see if I keep it up, I know with diets and fads I don’t have much will power to carry on past a few weeks, but hopefully this will be different.
Today I joined up for a beginners tennis course at Edgbaston priory club. Its a 13 week course starting in september and has cost me £136 for the whole thing. It’s a big chunk out of my nearly non existent budget right now, but I have wanted to start playing tennis properly for a long time now, and my friends are complete flakes when it comes to playing tennis on a regular basis. I’m so excited, It’ll be nice to meet people in a completely different circle to what I normally come in contact with and we will all be beginners so hopefully I wont feel like too much of an idiot.
Money is a big issue for me right now, I have an £83 phone bill coming out in two days, £20 insurance for my bike, £136 for driving lessons which I have twice a week. I’ve just paid for my theory test. and £24 a week piano lessons, which I really do need to put more time into. I’m seriously worried about how I’m going to afford everything, I have about £300 for the month, which people might think of as alot, but when I have to pay for all of that and travel, it really isn’t. I can’t wait for my student loan & grant to come in midway through september, I’m kind of just counting down the days until it does now. Hopefully I can get through this next month financially without too much hassle.
